Filthy! Pile of ice under the only ice machine that works because most of the pop is flat and the rootbeer came out clear. We got 2 burgers all the way which should be with grilled onions and mushrooms...mushrooms were cold like they just came out of a can and onions were raw. We also ordered a large fry for 6.99 because most 5guys fill the cup and put a scoop in the bag... NOT HERE! Cup was not even full! Worst 5guys ever!

As far as the deliciousness goes, it is spot on! When my order was wrong they corrected it and the manager was very nice about it. A little overpriced however to really get a good meal anywhere now is between $9-12. And their burgers are good!

Multiple issues in Five Guys on Main Street Summerville.
1- Lawyers dream- the floors were leaking water but only saw one “caution sign in the corner” once you walked in and got done ordering. So multiple puddles all over the place.
2- ordered a single patty Cheeseburger — plain— ordered a 100 times and get a regular cheeseburger plain
This time I got a patty— just a patty. Manager claimed it was a new person today taking my order. If she isn’t trained she shouldn’t be taking orders. She put my order down as a plain patty.
3- it’s pretty dirty. The floor covered in fries and other food.
We will not be returning. Me and my wife loved that place and haven’t been in a while—- today will be the last.

My only complain about five guys is the price. You are going to pay between 8 and $10 for the hamburger alone. When you add french fries and a drink you are now going to pay about 16 to $17 a person. My husband and I went and both got the double patty burger, french fries, and drinks. Our bill was $38. I just think that is a lot to pay for hamburgers and french fries. The hamburger is delicious but pricey.

Best burgers and fries ever!!!! My family loves this place!. There is a high demand in the food industry and I feel like they don't get enough credit for all they do . So I won't to thank you all for all y'all do ...you are appreciated.

The food was good, it really was.
Without a doubt though, one of the filthiest restaurants I’ve ever been in.
The drink counter had trash all over it, every table in the room was dirty, trash and food all over the floor. Peanut shells all over the floor too. Can’t imagine what the bathrooms looked like. Staff did their job, but weren’t friendly at all…I love Five Guys, but probably will have to put this location on my “NO” list.

Customer service was horrible! The lady behind the counter had no desire nor will to produce my order as I placed it. When I asked for it to be corrected she copped an attitude shoved her hand down the bag and flung my food around. I stood there for a little bit trying to get her attention to let her know that the order was completely wrong and she actively avoided me and ignored me. Will never return.

Good customer service. Burgers are large, but fries come in cup, and the medium size will only feed 1 person. A little pricey.
