Wendy's

Worst service ever. My husband and I placed a mobile order at this location. We arrived at 5:08 and attempted to enter, the doors were locked. Two employees in the parking lot told us the inside was closed. One stated he didn’t know why and that they should be open. My husband asked, “how am I supposed to pick up my mobile order?” He points at the drive thru which has 10 cars in it. I called the inside inquiring about a refund because the app already took the money from my bank and that the drive thru line was long. She tells me that it didn’t charge my card and I explained to her that it did charge my card. She told me to hold on, with an attitude may I add and slammed the phone down. She proceeded to take orders and never came back. We sat in line for 30 minutes all while watching people attempt to go inside, but turn around due to the doors being locked. We finally get to the menu and they say they don’t have a mobile order for us, I explained that they did because it took our money. They asked us to tell them what our order was and finally said they “found it”. We then had to wait another 5 minutes, just to get our food and our fries and nuggets were purposely put in the bag upside down, and one of the meals was missing fries. My husband then had to go back inside to get the missing fries. This is the worst service I have ever received and I will not return to this location. I will also be reaching out to management and corporate first thing in the morning. With the attitude they displayed, they will forever be stuck working in fast food. If you don’t like your job, quit!! No one forced you to gain employment at Wendy’s.

Took my nephew here today during lunch time and they was fast and accurate with the order the food was hot and delicious my nephew said so being that he is the pickiest eater I know if he enjoyed it then I’m pretty sure everyone else will so go by there and get you something off the value menu or a combo you will love it I promise that

I love Wendy's. I've eaten it in at least 15 different states and am always impressed by the consistency between locations. I always know what I'm going to get. The Summerville SC location is the sad exception. The only consistencies are that I will receive one incorrect order item and the food will be kinda sad. For example, tonight I ordered a classic chicken sandwich meal, with a baked potato instead of fries. My meal came with a kids fries apparently. I went to take the tomato off for my daughter to eat, but my finger just kinda went through it as if the tomato slice had been specially microwaved for me. My drink came with no straw. While the food was certainly edible and my girls enjoyed their meals, it was overall a sub par representation of the company. For those who want to just get what they paid for no issues, within about one mile there's a chic fil a, zaxby's, McDonald's, checkers, cookout, sonic and more all within an easy drive.
