Hostess was pleasant and when I addressed my concern of an overcooked steak the manger took it off the bill, which I did not request but I am glad that he was concerned enough to do so. Great Atmosphere. Friendly staff.

After a horrible experience at an ale house,we came over here. Had an awesome wonderful meal. Trinity our server is great and goes out the way making sure your satisfied. Left well fed and happy. Thanks to Trinity and the staff at Cracker Barrel for a great dinner. First outside dining experience in over 2 years. Thanks again cracker barrel for saving it.

We came in today with a group of 40 people thinking someone had called ahead, these folks not only worked hard to get us all in but the food and service was amazing. I am the bus driver for the group and have seen a lot of mix ups and the professionalism here is amazing! Thank you all on behalf of our group!

I love this cracker barrel location! The pancakes are amazing, the customer service is great and they get your order right! The wait sometimes is long but it's worth the wait once you get your food. I love the cracker barrel store. They always have amazing things and things that one may not have seen since their childhood!

I have enjoyed cracker barrel for years. The service is great, friendly, fast, always checking on use.
The food is usually good. This time I had the special, turkey and dressing, the turkey was moist, and tasty, but the dressing wasn't good at all, it was dry and the onions were raw,when I stuck my fork in it, it just fell apart, way over seasoned also,
like it had no eggs or juice to make it moist.

Cane in today for breakfast
Hostess kept complaining about having to clean tables and that she was hungry and wished she could eat with every customer.
Was told about 15 minutes but the hostess made it happen in about 2.
My waiter Jimmy was great he was quick to take my order and food came fairly fast.
Portions are smaller taste is not the same had to ask for biscuits. Quality people here but quality of food is way down. They are cutting corners and causing the customer to pay more.
My country fried steak and the grits did not taste like the last time I ate at a cracker barrel. The biscuits were hard the pancakes were half the size they used to be.

Had party of 15 and where told hour and half
Wait. Understood that and waiting patiently. To be told another 10 min. Perfectly fine we are big party. Then was told another 30. Waited about 15 and went back in to ask update just to make sure. Was told they have no server to serve us. So why did I wait 2 hours. Be honest and tell us circumstance we were very understanding.
