This location has a good selection of iced coffees and smoothies. I ordered the #49 beef plate and I was pleased with the taste and portion size. Parking is an issue here because the lot is shared by the other business, so a space is hard to find. Their tables are too small for the amount of chairs they place making seating tight.

We went for lunch and ordered some pho, bahn mi, vermicelli bowls, and spring rolls. Everyone liked the spring rolls the most. The rest was ok. The space was big but I’m a bit confused about the Christmas decorations in the summer. The staff was nice though and they have a good loyalty discount program.

The food here is delicious and the customer service is wonderful. I ordered the char-grilled chicken and rice plate, that also comes with a salad & egg roll , fish sauce. This restaurant has the best Pho in town! The quantity of food is worth the reasonable price and continuous fresh quality is a plus!

We stopped while passing thru Sugarland. Pho tai was delicious and generous amount served both small and large sizes. The bahn mi was delicious, I had beef. On point service. Rewards program for return customers.

My only complaint is it takes a bit for a server to take your order. After placing our order we waited about 5 mins for our meals. The restaurant is clean and has a variety of menu choices.

Nice spot, that's close to home. We started eating here to avoid the drive into China Town, we've been dining here ever since. You don't have to drive into China Town for "good, Vietnamese food" and Pho Ben continuously proves that. The food is always on point, very tasty and fresh. The dishes are the right size to fill you up but not make you feel bloated or that you ate too much. The Watermelon Drink that my daughter always gets is very refreshing and tasty as well. I've yet to try the Ice Coffee but I will. It's been Sold Out the last couple of times I tried to order. The Staff here is always nice and very attentive. It's pretty easy to flag someone down quickly if you need something. This spot is in a Strip Center so parking is more than plentiful as well. My only minor gripe is that they don't pre-bus. If you want your empty plates taken away, you need to grab someone or they'll just leave it on your table. That's not a deal breaker though. The food is good, the staff is attentive and helpful and it's close to home. Winner, Winner!!!

I have visited this place several times while visiting Houston. I normally order the same dishes every visit. Located in a mall area with plenty of space for parking. I normally try to visit not in peak hours because it can be really crowded. Good ambience from a local restaurant and even I haven’t been in Vietnam (yet) it feels really authentic because of the food and the staff. Service is fast. They might not be the most attentive or warm but they are efficient and not rude. Just neutral. As far as the food the PHO is amazing. I always have the number 18 which has most of the meats available and this is the one they always recommend when I ask for the most traditional. The beef broth is rich in flavor and they serve it with fresh Thai basil. As a side I normally order Fresh Spring Rolls and they come with a peanut sauce. They are delicious! Portion size are generous, even the small Pho it’s enough but why not go for the large one. Drinks, I have tried them but not a fan. Same with desserts. These last one, most of them have beans and I didn’t like them. When you order, they will leave a yellow piece of paper with the details of what you ordered. Keep it because you will need it to pay. You have to direct yourself to the counter and pay. Tip is optional. Price is unbeatable. Most of the dishes are around $8 - $12. I would say average per person is $20. As I mentioned, I have been here several times and I am still planning to do it again “pho sure” in the future whenever visiting Houston (Sugar Land).

First time in. Love the atmosphere. The place was quite busy, i order over the phone and was in and out in 5min. Fantastic lean brisket Pho and their beef and char chicken sandwiches were flavorful! We will definitely be back!

Oh. Found a gem of Pho! Spring rolls with beef are amazing. You can taste the fresh grill char in them. Broths are amazing, they have 3 chicken beef or veggie.
