Mcdonald's

The staff and service today was amazing!!! They were all young and polite. It was a great experience and my order was not easy, but it was perfect. Why I mentioned they were young was because usually at fast food places the staff is older and rude. So to have all young people take my order and give me my food with that level of professionalism was impressive. We’ve been to other places in this area and by far this was the best experience. Praise the young black youth for stepping up after Covid and coming to work to work. These young people will definitely go far. Thank you for your service.

For some reason they are always slow. The food is pretty good and the service is pretty good but they are slow. It's quicker to go in than to go through the drive through. They have two drive through lanes but I'm guessing because of staff shortage they mainly use one. They're still my go to for a quick snack though.

Extremely LAZY staff. I've NEVER seen so many paying customers ask for a refund because of wait time Even when orders were delivered they were returned for being wrong. They DEFINITELY are in DESPERATE need of a new manager. But HE did offer me a job and a shirt because I spoke my mind to other patrons. And he RUSHED my order to GET ME OUT

Most ghetto, trash service I've ever received from any other McDonalds in the area. There's a reason there's never a line in the drive thru. I was the only car at the ENTIRE RESTAURANT at 6:30pm. The franchisee is the problem. Contact them and let them know how garbage their restaurant is and also they completely messed up my other. Not one thing they gave me was what I ordered...amazing. Good job y'all.

I will NEVER eat at this McDonald’s ever again. The fries arrived cold and I mentioned the young man at the window that the fries were cold and he took the fries and went to retrieve hot fries, so I hoped. I also ordered the chicken sandwich but it was wrapped in a “spicy chicken” wrapping so I asked if it was spicy because I did not order the spicy spicy chicken. The young lady took the food and I was given both items of food and proceeded to drive off because surly they had corrected my order. Needless to say as i headed out the parking lot I grabbed my fries, well, they were cold and when I got home the chicken sandwich was still wrapped in the spicy bag however it was extremely dry with absolutely nothing on it, not even a pickle. I made many attempts to call to speak with someone in management but the line was busy. This McDonald’s needs to do Harbourview a favor a close its doors if they cannot provide fresh hot food.

This has to be the slowest, unprofessional McDonald’s establishment I’ve ever been to. All of the employees are young with no sense of urgency with customer service and management doesn’t require them to. They do not open up at the time listed usually around 6-6:15am and there always seems to be something wrong at this establishment for it to be one of the newest McDonald’s in this area.
