Burger King

Please tell me why.. After a long day you want a hamburger with mustard, onions, and pickles... You receive a tomato, mayo, and lettuce, and ketchup hamburger? Spend 35.00 and 1 sandwich out of 3 is right... Will NOT do this again and no one cares about service I guess that's why you work at BK. Drive by this place don't waste your HARD errand money on an establishment that gives you a attitude and freaking can't serve you the right food...

Terrible experience here on July 27, 2021 at 6:50 pm. The dining room was closed so drive thru only. Ordered a #1 meal with a sprite and was charged $9.09. Fries were missing and had to go back around and wait in line. When we got back to the window after waiting the “manager” had an attitude and said we only ordered a whopper and sprite. So a whopper and a sprite is $9!!! I told him we ordered a #1 and his response was “I didn’t take your order!” To order a fry is was $2.35. I’m very disappointed in his customer service and the treatment we received due to their mistake. I didn’t know we would have to pay $11 for a #1 at Burger King. Go somewhere else for your burger. The service isn’t worth it…they treat customers better at Sonic.

Well, that's it. No more Whoppers. I'm not sure why overall because overall BK has great products, but in several places I've been including this one, service is just off. This is not just COVID. My examples revolve around tomatoes: I've asked for extra tomatoes, been charged for them - and not gotten them. On several occasions I've not gotten any tomatoes at all in spite of the phrase "lettuce tomato onions". Disappointing, and not a "we're out of tomatoes" issue.
