The good: The food has always been hot and good. I’ve never had trouble with an order, and the food has always been prepared properly.
The bad: The inside of the store is filthy which makes me question the cleanliness of the areas I cannot see.

Pizza was some of the best I have had in a very long time. Wait time was a bit rediculous but being a Saturday night it was somewhat understandable. Delivery driver was polite. The only thing that hurt your score was when the pizza arrived it was crushed. It looked like someone sat on the box.

Pizza was delicious. Employee at register was friendly. My only complaint is I opted for no contact pickup, and entered the vehicle info, but did not see the "I am here" option that was supposed to be on the e-mail, so I had to park and go in. I was told that the store was short-staffed

Order 24 boneless wings and they came with almost no sauce with half of them being too tough to even bite into. I felt like I was buying into an apple instead of chicken. Delivery was fast. Will not be ordering Pizza Hut again.

Every time I come into the restaurant the manager and the customer service workers always say welcome to "Pizza Hut." After getting my order they thank me for my order and say please come again. I always feel welcome when coming to this restaurant.

Rating a 1 because I have to give it a rating. They advertise how long the pizza and delivery are going to take and we always get the food later than what the advertised time is. On two separate occasions they forgot part of my order. They forgot an entire order of wings and weren’t going to tell me, instead I called in and they said they already knew and had already credited it back to my account. Try explaining to a 7 year old why his food is taking over two hours to get here. The only reason I order from them is because they were the only people delivering to my area, but I will not be ordering here again.

It was storming out and I received my food in no time and I really appreciate the lovely delivery lady who came out in the rain and thunder for us. I didnt mind giving her a tip on top of a tip. Thank you.

Placed my first order tonight. Took more than an hour to get my pizza and when it came it was cold. Wanted to try Pizza Hut since I always order from Papa Johns. I think I'll go back to Papa Johns for future orders. Reading some of the reviews I'm glad I didn't have to call. I gave three stars because the delivery driver was polite.
