Starbucks

This had been my go to Starbucks since me and my family moved to the area in late 2019. Most of my experiences have been great but today was absolutely unacceptable. I was at this location around 2pm today 1/21/2022. As the vehicle ahead of me approached the window and began to receive their order, the person working the window at the drive thru handed them a drink that wasn't theirs at that time they returned the drink to the young lady after having the drink in their vehicle. The fact that they gave this person my drink and then gave it to me when I approached the window is disgusting and very unsanitary. I simply took the drink threw it in the trash and will not utilize this Starbucks anymore. This is very unfortunate because normally the service here is welcoming and warm but today when I approached the window the young lady didn't greet me and gave me a look as if she was annoyed.

I normally go here for my starbucks, this morning the person taking my order could not hear my name and asked me again what my name was so I said it louder for her to hear. When I got to the window, she told me that she appreciate my business but not appreciate me yelling. I was so shocked at her comment so I just left. I will not go back at this starbucks again. When you ask the customer to repeat something, people will say it louder.

What a great Starbucks location! Everyone is friendly, and they’re hard workers. They take care of every customer with kindness and respect. On the rare occasion an order doesn’t turn out like someone expects they are quick to make it right. It’s a wonderful place to get some work done, meet clients, or just hang out with friends or family.
