The WORST experience ever and I was just joking with my bf that Taco Bell has been my go to in all my relationships for 20 years. The girl,cocoa was the rudest,kept brushing us off. We ordered and were trying to order more. Asked the price of a beef burrito,she says 4.19 and says drive forward. We spoke to the manager,Bryan..I now know why she had the attitude..he didn't care either. This is the most ghetto store ever. And that wasn't even the correct price of the burritos. And the tacos were soggy
Spoke to the day manager ...she DID care and is replacing our meal. I've been going to this taco bell for years,never had a problem. Maybe the night crew needs to be cleaned up

The Workers in this Taco Bell are overworked an short staffed. The Drive through is packed an it takes forever to get your order inside. They deserve our patience and Smiles because they "STILL" Put out a Fantastic product and show up for work..Because they care!!

The ladies that work the drive thru at this Taco Bell are so pleasant and efficient! I enjoy the occasional Breakfast Box here and they make me feel valued as a customer and help to make my day brighter.

Went through the drive thru to order the food. The drive thru lane is not suitable for pickup trucks. The lane is too narrow and can only fit to accommodate small vehicles. If you have larger vehicles especially trucks, highly encourage to park in the parking lot and order the food inside the store.

Longest drive through wait ever. Sat at the window for half an hour with tons of cars behind us still while we waited for our food. I understand being understaffed or whatever the problem may be but oh my gosh, that was honestly ridiculous

I like taco bell better than going to a Mexican restaurant..I do not like that they push ordering from the in store system..because it doest have items that I want to order listed( ex..refried beans and cheese)..

Horrible food tasted like it was old and they messed up my order then gave me attitude like as if it was my fault they read the screen wrong. Then they gave me a hard time refunding my money because they wanted to remake my food.

HORRIBLE I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY THING AS NASTY AS THIS FOOD!!!! I will never go there again....... I will be calling corporate in the morning.
