Pizza Hut

Been going to this location for 15 years. Never had a issue. Food is always good. Normally great customer service. But I encountered a very rude, unprofessional cashier. She also had the nerve to be rude and very unprofessional in front of the assistant manager. I don’t know where the other people that was there before. But they need to hire someone that actually wants to be at work, and that’s not rude. I did tell the assistant that I was definitely going to do the survey. The manager apologized to me and said that she was going to talk to her. That’s wasn’t good enough for me. Would not be returning to this store.

When I walked in to pick up my pizza, neither of the 2 employees at the register spoke or even acknowledged me. When a man walked in after me, the girl immediately greeted him and asked how to help him. She gave his pizza to him and turned and walked away, never offering to help me. The young man finally asked how he could help me. I got my pizzas and they were good but I really doubt I will return to that location. I have never seen that girl before so I know I have not done anything to her, I can only assume she found offense with me because I was not the same race as her .

So this is a covid review, we sat where we wanted to, but now you have to order at the counter before you sit down, which is fine for me, they no longer do fountain drinks, instead they give you a bottled version, my only issue with this is I dont know if you could get free refills, something to ask about in the future. All in all still a nice chill place to still enjoy lunch or dinner every now and then

The place looks like it was built in the 80s and has not been updated since - both on the outside and the inside, greatly needs repair, the floors need swept, the staff does not wear gloves, the staff is very young while polite, you can definitely tell they need training or better management. Because of the old decor and there being nobody at all in the restaurant it almost looks like it’s abandoned. I was hoping the pizza would be better than the overall experience in a store. However they used small Roma or cherry tomatoes for the tomatoes on the pizza. Who does that? The pizza also was not fully cooked all the way.

Not the greatest experience. When we initially walked in, there were a few people waiting around to be helped and we were hollered out to have a seat anywhere IF we are dining in... no “hello” or “welcome”. Bread/cheese sticks took 30-35 min to come out and our two pizzas followed only 5 min or less behind them. The woman working the register was also folding pizza boxes while steadily itching/picking her hair. As people left, their tables were left dirty for the entire remainder of our visit (45 min) . Also, several employees constantly standing around scrolling through their phones in the broad view of any customer dining in or carrying out. I have a video to show of two employees repeatedly doing this. Overall - the atmosphere lacked any good customer service, decent wait time and very disappointing considering the amount of play-time the 6+ staff members seemed to be having on the clock. Needless to say - there were only 4 tables with customers and nobody came in to pick up. I tried to send my experience privately online and the website will not let you submit any feedback without giving your full name, address, number, email and they even make you say how much you paid during your service after I selected I would like to only be emailed about my visit. We won’t be coming back to any Pizza Hut location.
