Usually, when I order inside, they have chocolate shakes. For some reason, I always have a hard time with drive-thru. This is the 4th time I tried ordering a chocolate milkshake through drive-thru, and they say they don’t have chocolate available. They proceeded to tell us the three flavors they claim they do have, which are always the same three. I thought it was odd that they seemingly never have chocolate at the drive-thru, so I went inside to check, and guess what? There’s a tub of chocolate out on display, enough to make at least 5 large shakes, and there are other flavors available that weren’t mentioned at the drive-thru. Not sure why they would lie about not having the flavor I asked for, but it’s unprofessional and not appreciated. Hopefully management fixes this.

When you pay over $5.00 dollars for a drink you think the workers would take time and make it they way you want it., but no they were rude when I asked them to remake and it still was wrong! In a cappuccino blast you don't put soft served ice cream! I asked for oreos in it and I got plain with soft served ice cream that isn't a cappuccino blast! Huge disappointment especially for paying over $5.00 for a drink and treating myself to something that's suppose to be good but it was gross! Very rude employes! Don't take your rudeness on customers! Never going back here again! Huge waste of them!!!!!
