I'm very happy we chose this hotel. Me and my boyfriend were passing through kinda last min (booked the day before) and ended up getting a corner room. The room was beautiful with a beautiful view. Stella behind the check in counter was amazing. Stella deserves a raise, not only was she very kind in explaining how the early check in worked but fixed an error about my check in after professionally verifying my reservation number. Though nothing was open Stella explained the different places to eat and as we checked out she made sure we got our complimentary breakfast bag witch we knew nothing about so she truly went out of her way to make sure we had a good stay. She also explained about the sky trails in the area so we will def be back to spend more money to see Stella and ride the trails!

I travel from the Hudson Valley to NJ frequently and this is an iconic building off of route 17. Very accessible from 17 and to 287. I have stayed here multiple times- always clean. Rooms I have stayed in are slightly small. All rooms are above 10 floors, and there is only a glass elevator, so if you are not a fan of heights- may not be a great location. Also the parking lot isn't SUPER close to any entrance. The restaurant has delicious wings, and there is a ton of communal space. Due to the accessibility of the location, we held an event there in one of the conference rooms. The staff had things set up as we requested- temperature was difficult- but very accommodating and reasonable for a COVID event

The pipes kept getting clogged, but staff was nice and helpful. A little too pricey. But the rooms are very nice. The end rooms are the best. Elevators were very fast with an amazing view. Residents can only stay on floors 14 and up I believe so the view is outstanding with the mountains. Anyways cool place.

Edited: The POOL fills up very quickly because they are having swim lessons in there at the same time. Alot of unhappy parents because their kids could not use the pool due to swim lessons. And they did not have free roam of the pool due to the lessons taking up a good portion of the pool and we were trying to be respectful of the swim lessons. The hot tub is closed right now. You have to make a reservation for the pool and it fills up quickly. The pool was heated. The bed was the hardest thing I ever slept on. But overall everything else was great. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. Had a fridge but no microwave. Decent sized TV. Free coffee in the lounge in the morning. 10 min from border and lots of shopping and restaurants around.

Very cool place. Nice pool and gym. The personal are very friendly and helpful. Decor in room was a bit outdated i.e. lamps, TV, and ac unit.

Super happy with my stay. The Concierge mainly a young man by the name of Peter went above and beyond to make sure my stay was up to par. He made sure everything was safe during this pandemic. He's a great asset to this hotel and one of the reasons why me and my wife like to come back to The sheraton. Thanks Peter and Sheraton hotel.
