I was there with a party of 10 a few years ago for my birthday. The food was good but when the bill arrived I was charged a tip that included the tax. Tip should be on the food/drinks when they are automatically added - that was really my only complaint, the food was good. I was there yesterday for my birthday again, there was only 3 of us. We have all declared this our most favorite restaurant. I had the ribeye - best steak ever, cooked to perfection. My daughter had the salmon and said the same. Hubby had the lobster ravioli, said it was a bit salty but still claimed this was his best meal ever. French onion soup is to die for. Crisply calamari was excellent too. I usually don't take the time to leave reviews but I feel like they are leaps and bound of what they were a few years ago. I wanted steak again tonight but we can't always have what we want ;>) I forgot to mention the creme broulet -not sure of the spelling but we all enjoyed that as well.
One of the best experiences at a classy yet casual setting. In many many years. The food was world class, the atmosphere was classy, casual and friendly. The staff was exceptionally gracious, knowledgeable and proficient. I will always eat there when in Cleveland and recommend everyone does. You won't be disappointed.
Honestly, I would never go to this place because I thought it was just a bar. This place is a hidden gem that needs more exposure.
I had my second visit this past weekend, and they did not disappoint. The vibes are so chilled and intentional. The servers are some of the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The food is delicious. They probably make the best old fashions in Cleveland.
The best food I have had in Ohio. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. The French onion soup was the best I have had anywhere in the USA. The broth was full of flavor and they did a blend of cheeses. We both had wedge salads and I highly recommend their salad with any of their homemade dressings. For our meal we had Veal Parmesan with linguine and the Bocce Ball - a 10oz meatball served over linguine. Amazing food and well worth the price. The portions are very large.
Food is GREAT the alcohol in every drink they make is ALWAYS THE SAME. Front girls are always dressed so well and super professional. Bartenders are knowledgeable and on point. Always clean silverware and glass ware. Perfect intimate setting. I really cannot complain about this business.
The owner (RIP) definitely did this business structure wonderfully.
Food is always awesome here. Went on a packed Friday night for our anniversary and were not disappointed. No wonder this place is always crowded. Get a reservation!
Strongsvilles hidden gem. Have been coming here for years now and have never been disappointed. Excellent food, excellent cocktails, excellent service.
Maybe a little more expensive than a chain restaurant, but the food is freaking delicious and worth every penny! I'm the kind of person who orders the same thing at a restaurant. Not at Trivs! Anything you order is delicious, so no need to worry about trying something new. DO NOT SKIP THE BROWNIE DESSERT!!!
