Subway

Went in about 9:25 pm after class. Lights were on and the OPEN sign was lit. I said hello and I was greeted by a gentleman who asked me if I had a pickup, I said no. He then said they were closing. i said okay. I turned to the young lady behind the station and said hello. She asked what did I want. I said hello again, she never said anything. I said can I get a spinach wrap with steak. She asked what type of meat. I said steak again. I then asked did they close at 10? She informed me they closed at 9:30. I said oh okay because online it says 10pm for closing. She made my order, I paid and on my way out the gentleman said, right before closing the door on me that they close at 9pm. He immediately shut the door and turned off the OPEN sign. Very rude! I will not be going back. Smh.

Do not go here!! This place has the worse customer service and the lady who served me accused me of bringing her a used coupon!!! I presented her with the coupon and then she said it was used because it had a tear on the bottom(and to be quite honest I believe she put it there to refuse to honor it as it was not there before and they always take coupons from you when you use them and YOU DO NOT GET THEM BACK!!!) She put my money on the counter and was very nasty. She spoke to who I believe was the owner in their native tongue and he ripped coupon up and I assume he told her to take it but she kept up her story of it being used. I have no reason to lie about a coupon that I got out of my mailbox on a mailer!! I will not be going back to this location and now leary of other locations because it is just a bad look all around. If they treat their customers like that, I can only imagine how they treat the food they feeding us as for all I know they could be not following good handling pratices. Never again!!! I will take my buisness elsewhere.

I have to say that this was the best Subway sub I have ever had. I had a half Italian on Italian herbs and cheese bread with provolone cheese toasted with lettuce, sweet onions, black olives,banana peppers and he put some kind of sauce on it. It was wonderful even though I sat in the parking lot on my walker and enjoyed it! Thanks for the great service only thing I would have changed was to have been able to eat inside, lol. Maybe someday we will be able to get back to regular life, hopefully soon.

This was my first order from Subway. Great! I still have no car, so with this heat, I'm too old to walk and too cheap to ride the bus. Fast delivery with doordash. I wanted the sub they advertise on tv, but couldn't find on app. Also couldn't figure out how to do " my way "...but it was probably me and my phone skills! Very good, fresh, things I did request were provided. I wish I had one now! Dollene ^..^
