Rivals On Five

This place was everything! Our usual sports bar was charging $10 today to enter because the Falcons was playing plus there was no parking! So we googled sports bars in the area and Rivals on 5 came up. We arrived their staff was pleasant and informative. Food was amazing cocktails was awesome The confusion bucket was the talk of the night! The owner came and greeted us, clean bathrooms 😍 Ask for Shena she never forgot us The Whole staff checks on you. I love they ask your name to keep up with orders everything was on point definitely coming back! Try something different

I've lived here a year. I've been here probably five times with other people. I've literally never gotten an order completely right since I've started going. I've also gotten door dash orders wrong too. That and how loud inside is why I say 3 stars. The food is good when it's right. Service is also kinda ok but not great. Fairly certain it's because of how young their wait staff is. They're great kids, but they need better training

My first visit right after Rivals opened a few years ago was very good. The food was unique and the service was great. Sadly, none of the other half a dozen visits have been as positive. Tonight the service was pleasant but slow. Only the bar area was open since it was almost 9 pm when we arrived, but even then it took awhile before anyone came to our table. The food was fine but the sweet potato fries were cold. It took more than 5 minutes to get the server's attention and at least another 10 before fresh fries made it to the table. We really want to like Rivals and would like to see them succeed, but if things don't change we honestly have no reason to come back. 😕

My husband and I ate here for the first time today. We have lived in the area for over a year now and have always wanted to try so we went today. The food was great and the service was amazing! The timing to get our food was great and the whole atmosphere and experience was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! Looking forward to this being a more regular place to come eat and hang out! ☺️

We waited 2 hours for food, had to get my own beer from the bar 20 minutes after I ordered it. Yes, they were short 3 servers on a busy night they knew was planned....who's responsible for that? After 2 hours waitress brought me the check for the beer and said, sorry, the kitchen lost your food order. They won't be making it. We should have left after 60 minutes, but were being polite. BTW, the same owner has Bumps BBQ across the street. Same problems there. Seeing a trend? Not ever going back to either. Customer service is not a service offered at either location. 28 year resident of Lilburn. Had to give 1 star to post... generous.

We tried tonight for the last time. There were only 4 customers at 6PM when we arrived. Ordered a premium beer and sweet tea. Beer was not cold, tea was not sweet.Server said all the taps were messed up. Decided to drink it not cold. Ordered Spinach Dip appetizer. Chips were so stale my wife both said it at the same time. The spinach dip had almost no spinach. Cancelled food order and left. Spoke to manager that promised our next visit would be great and she got a quick attitude. WE need a good restaurant in this area really bad..

Great time during playoff games! Wings were yummy, the waiter, Michael was solicitous and friendly, the TV views were tremendous and I could not believe that the place wasn't mobbed. Terrific sports bar, friendly crowd. Fans looking for a place to watch the Superbowl, this is it. Has not yet caught on as a sports bar, but why drive to Hudson three hours before a game when you can watch in comfort and enjoy the atmosphere close to home? Definitely a five star experience.
