Burger King

I had at the best experience, while I was on vacation I stopped in at this Burger King and Let me tell you the GM was so nice, she made sure our large order was correct. I think she heard my little ones in the back seat of my car. All my order was fulfilled correctly the first time with all that was going on. we enjoyed our breakfast. Well Done.

OMG, they closed in the middle of a long line because they were short staffed! We were waiting for a while and they were not communicating what is going! After we all got off our cars and and asked! they said the will not serve for an hour and half because they are short staffed! What is it with @Burger Kings in Atlanta!!! The chain customer service has been consistently disappointing!!! The only reason that I go there because my father and I liked their burger! But after too many let downs, I think I might finally give up on the B-King!

Waited 34 min. And still waiting for a simple burger, I get quicker service at a restaurant that actually cooks fresh from scratch.. just sad, and it doesn't make sense.. why? All I wanna know why it takes 37 min. Now for a burger that's already made n just needs 2 mins to prepare.. sad burger King very sad, never eating b.k again.

I just don’t understand how the most simplest thing is what you can mess up on, like I ordered through the drive through and ordered a impossible whopper meal which was $10.68 im so glad I checked my food before I got home because my entire order was cold I mean and fries and burger. When I went to take the meal back up there I told the manager and he cooked me new fries, now I thought there is no way you can mess this up twice so im sitting waiting on my fries and I watched the manager dump the fresh fries on top of old fries like what is really going on here then proceeds to scoop the same old fries that are now mixed in with the fresh fries (unseasoned might I add) in a fries holder. I just chucked up to maybe it’s a bad day but this is my first and will be my last time going to this location completely unacceptable

Worst experience and customer service I've had. I ordered online for pick up in the drive thru a hour before I arrived. I got there and was told I had to pick up in the store,I go in and I'm told there is no order for me. I try to show her the order on the app and that it has an order number and was paid. I'm ignored for another 20 minutes ,she asks my name and I told her. She asks someone else to help me because she can't understand my name it's african or something she says. The other woman walks past me and doesn't acknowledge me at all. I'm told to move because I'm in the way of the other customers. Do Not Waste Your Time Or Money Here!!!! I wish I could give zero stars!

T.C IS AN ANGEL.. HER GENEROSITY WAS EXTREMELY TO ANYONES EXPECTATIONS!! SHE IS PLEASANT AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO HER CUSTOMERS. I WATCHED HER FROM THE TIME I ENTERED THE RESTAURANT AND SHE WAS MOVING EXPEDITIOUSLY TO SATISFY ALL CUSTOMERS. SHE MAKES A GOOD ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY AND PLEASE KEEP HER ON BOARD, WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER IN ALL FAST BUSINESSES! I LOVE HER ENERGY AND ITS VERY CONTAGIOUS!
