The food was very delicious. The jalapeño poppers and sushi did not disappoint. My new friend “Giang” was a great server. She helped us with questions we had about the menu. It gets busy so call in to hold claim a spot. I would come back again.

I went to Shirasoni with my parents on their 50th anniversary. We love everything about the restaurant.
Our server - Giang warmly welcomed us and nicely asked whether any special occasion. She said “congratulations “ to my parents and gave them a compliment. We told her that we knew nothing about the menu because this was our first time there. She explained what they had and what their popular menu. I asked her what was her favorite sushi rolls and she politely answered “Benz Roll and Tiger Roll”. She pointed in the menu and explained more details how they cooked. We ordered 4 rolls: Benz Roll, Tiger Roll, Orange Dream and Golden Salmon (my dad’s choice so not sure the name). She also suggested their appetizers Grill Garlic Edamame while waiting for our rolls.
The food was excellent from the outside and inside. My parents loved Benz and Tiger rolls more than their choices. They said they would definitely come back with their friends. I was happy to see them happy on their anniversary.
Big thank to Giang that made our night. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She checked on us more than three times to see whether we needed anything while serving other two tables.
Definitely come back many next times and definitely ask for Giang!
My family's favorite restaurant in Stockton! Food is amazing, comes with a show from the chef. I haven't tried ANYTHING I didn't like here from drinks, appetizers, sushi, sides, and desserts! Recommend to make a reservation no matter what day to reduce your wait and if you're really feeling it and want a more calm vibe go in afternoon. Be prepared to be seated with people you don't know unless you have a party of 8 or more. Not a intimate dinner. Perfect for a first date.
This was my first time going here. I heard a lot of great things. I see why now. It’s pricey but it’s worth every bit of it. You’re paying for the exceptional service, the show and the of course the great tasting food. Sushi rolls are excellent as well.
Always so good. The staff is friendly and chefs make everything taste amazing. Drinks are always tasty and so the job.
