I went in and got the family meal for the 8 pc chicken bone in. I place my order on Uber eats but they never picked up my order and cancel it. So I had to go and get it then. No problem there but when I made my order over the phone they didn't get my extra 4 Biscuits and forgot my honey. Plus my chicken was under cooked.

When you go here for dinner and the server asks what Sauces you want, you tell him and yet when you get your order there are still not one sauce in the order its just not worth going through again to ask for sauce or driving back after you've left. The most annoying thing about going to drive through is not getting the orders right. 😒 plus the prices go up and yet the servings size decrease. I see lots of problems here. They also have the thinnest napkins for the greasy Chicken and no pepper packets or forks. Now they only give sporks. No forks.

wanted to try the beyond chicken because i’m vegetarian and almost ordered on doordash but went to store instead. good thing i did because they didn’t have it even though it was available online. they acted like they just ran out so 2 days later i called to see if they had it and they said the promo ended the day before. nothing online says the promotion is over ….

I was ordering food in the drive through… the woman taking my order asked if I wanted any dipping sauce and I said “no thank you dear”….. when I got to the window a different lady took my money and I overheard the woman who took my order barking to her fellow coworkers “I’m not a dear, do I look like a four legged animal”….. well beside the fact that she does look like a mongolific woodland creature…. What the heck has the world come to that calling someone “dear” is offensive? So I told the lady who took my money and gave me my order “you can tell that other lady I’m sorry for calling her dear so maybe she will stop running her mouth” and the lady taking my money just smirked and shut the window in my face. I run a very successful multimillion dollar business and if one of my employees acted this childish and disrespectful I would not tolerate it for a second. I hope whomever is in charge of this franchise takes some action to remedy this ridiculous behavior
