Subway

I didn't even eat here, but I left some very important documents on accident after only buying a Gatorade. They saw my phone number on the front of my folder and called me right away. I'm soo grateful to them for acting when they noticed the paperwork. I didnt even get the names of the 2 employees working tonight, but they deserve a raise 🙏

Been going to this subway for 6 years. Recently ordered 4 subs for pick up. Went to pick up the subs and all the orders were wrong. Called back to the store to have it fixed and all I received was an attitude employee who refused to remake the order and only 1 sub. Went to the store to pick up my re done sub, to find out that it was never made. As employee was asked to remake the order and argue over incorrect order,the employee smashed his fingers into the other subs stating "you can only toast on the inside of the bread. I was completely disappointed as I love subway and never have had this experience in horrible customer service. I gave my number to employee for the manager to contact me and never received the call. Email to corporate was all I'm sorry and here is some coupons that never were mailed out. I know times are hard now, but the lack of customer service has really gone down hill there.

Was kinda disappointed went in just to find out can only get the buy one get one half off if ordered ahead so decided would try the app even though no customers still took 15 mins once got home you could tell wasn't toasted as long as should have been and less veggies then if you were there in person on a foot long had 2 tomato slices only half my sandwich had mayo but at least there's more than 1 location close to me will be ordering from another location from now on

We pulled in at 7:41 pm, only 1 customer in front of us. It's 7.54 pm and we are still in line waiting to finish our 2 subs. 1 person working, the other in the back. Super slow service. The lady who was waiting on us didn't have her hair pulled back or in a hair net. Not only was the store disgusting the window looked as though it had not been washed in a few days. I refused to eat here. The hungry kids are the only reason we got the 2 subs.
