Mcdonald's

The dining room was closed, so that was a bummer, but I have to say the staff was amazing! Having two very young children, of course, they both had to go to the bathroom, and the manager was so nice to let us use the restroom! Not only was the food good, I was very pleased at how understanding and nice the manager was to let us in!!

I don't frequent McDonald's much, but was really hungry after work and decided to stop off for 2 burgers and a fry. The burgers were undercooked for sure... I didn't realize this until I got home. Having read some of the other reviews I think I will stay well away from this establishment. The only thing that earned this two stars is the French fries were edible.

5 pm Friday manager was terrible. Ordered ice cream. The manager gave me this sloppy thing and it fell on the counter. He looked at it for a moment, contemplated if he should give me a new one but then shrugged and offered the Fallen one to me. I shook my head and said no that I wanted a new one and so he gave me one. I didn't know if he was new or not or maybe just tired so I said that for next time he should always give a new one and that ones like that should never be given away as it is a health hazard. He was quite cross with me at that but didn't say anything just walking away. Later I found that the counter where the ice cream fell wasn't even cleaned and the ice cream was still there so I had to ask another employee to clean it. Thankfully they did.

It's not the place I'm reviewing. I'm just here to warn everyone about the spicy chicken sandwich. That sandwich was the most disgusting piece of work I have ever eaten. It is not a worker flaw, it's a corporate flaw. The workers are TOLD to put such god awful spicy sauce onto this sandwich. It's the type of spicy where it's so spicy you can't taste how bad it really tastes. But the after taste is still there. The soggy bun and chicken don't help either. It's so bad I kept taking bites to see if it would MAYBE become bearable. I couldn't even finish half of it. I don't even have enough words to describe how bad this sandwich is. It tastes like you took every spicy seasoning and mixed it all together with Mayo and hell. Or like you mixed every hot sauce ever with stomach acid. One star on the sandwich. 5 star on service.

I honestly don't understand why there's a 2nd drive thru lane, when it's never in use. Seems like a lot of time and money went into something just taking up space. Also - they constantly advertise that they're hiring, then turn away perfectly fine candidates. The bantering between some of their management staff on social media is atrocious. The food has been great as of late - though I've read some interesting stories as to how they've been keeping it warm, which makes me rethink going there anymore.

I’m a DoorDasher, I’ve come through this McDonalds multiple times. Every time I come through they take WAY too long to get food ready. They make me use the Drive Thru to pick up orders even though that’s not what I’m instructed to do by DoorDash.Yesterday the entire store closed at 8pm, and I was still getting a DoorDash order. Overall not worth the wait of over 10 minutes every time.
