Cracker Barrel

Very friendly and efficient service. Pancakes were delicious, as well as chicken tenders. Eggs were done to perfection. Another feature of the restaurant were the relaxing rocking chairs outside of the restaurant, where you can relax while waiting for your table . Great place for a stop on road trip or hang out for brunch

Went to eat roast beef dinner . Came out cold . Waited to find waitress took so long to check back on us my husband dinner was cold as well. He ate his. I had eaten my veggies but still no waitress had to flag down another. She came over said she get another. Waited then got another was hot but this price was full of grizzle. As you can see on the picture this is what I had left all grizzlies hardly no meat. Then went to check out and checkout lady said she was going to fetch the Manger to see about not paying for the meals . Manger didn't even come out sent another associate instead 😒 🙄. She only took off my meal. We had waited to speak to a manager. Then went to use the bathroom and low and behold out of toilet paper!! And the trash was overflowing onto the floor. The bathroom was just a mess. Wont be back very disappointed!!!!!!

Cracker Barrel is always one of our road tripping stops for dinner. Always good food, and tons of it on our place for a great price. What put this Cracker Barrel above the others is our waitress. She came and saw us more often than other Cracker Barrel’s we have been to. She was super polite and happy. We really enjoyed our stop.

WOW! I know that restaurants are having a tough time with help but THIS place needs NEW help. My waitress was pleasant and informative. She brought me 1) my blue moon and was carrying the glass with her fingers INSIDE the glass rather than from the OUTSIDE 2) took my order at 4:47 PM and two other couples were served their dinners that arrived after me and 41 minutes (yes I timed it after she brought me a fresh glass) after I ordered. She apologized for the wait but "somehow the ticket never made it to the kitchen so I had to redo the order" - 3) The steak was great but the corn was cold and almost completely covered in water so there was literally no taste to the corn and the mashed potatoes were drowning in gravy and asked for the gravy on the side. She came back 10 minutes later, handed me my bill and noticed I hadn't touched the vegetables and asked why - after telling her the reasons I asked her to please bring me a side of mac and cheese to go rather than take the 2 items off my bill....4) she said, "I don't have that authority, I 'll go ask my manager....HERE WE GO.... 17 minutes later no one showed up so I scanned my bill, went to the front and spoke to the cashier.... she asked how my dinner went and when I told her she said she would get a manager right away..... I told her "it isn't necessary I'm sure my Editor will handle it,......" o'am? Oh boy....talk about snake bites....she said, "your editor?" I said, "Yes, I'm a food critic and I have my own column..." she kept calling "Ma'am, I'll get someone just wait....Ma'am? Ma'am could you come back please? Ma'am?".....I snickered on the way out....THEY NEED HELP!!! Sadly, I had to give this review at least 1 star in order to post it....

Great service from the hostess to the waitress. Food was good. We received recommendations from the waitress on lunch items. Went with the fish and chips and did the meatloaf. Sides were the spinach and the hash brown casserole. Came with biscuits and had a side of cornbread. Plum iced tea was great. Overall everything was better than expected:)

I had ordered a few to go meals from here recently. The lady who initially took my order was very kind and polite. I made it clear what I wanted and that was to customize the egg sandwich along with another lunch special. My order was picked up once I received it and I noticed they did not customize my sandwich. Along with the other order I got a side of mac and cheese it appeared to be burnt on the bottom. Plus there was something black on top of my egg. So I proceeded to call back up there and spoke with a manager I believe his name was Jared. He was very apologetic, super polite I offered to send him pictures and he politely declined he said there was no need for that. He took my name and number and promise to give me two free meals next time I come in/ order for the inconvenience/ mess up. Before this incident I had eaten here many many times over and I have never been disappointed. The food is usually on points and the staff is always very friendly. No I wasn't happy with my meal today but I understand things happen and I feel like it was rightfully handled and I appreciate that. I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer at this establishment.
