The young man working behind the counter was very rude. Nobody was wearing masks (but there is an ad on a door asking customers to wear one). The piece of bread for the toast was smaller than the half of the box. The ice cream wasn't 4oz, but 3. No restroom. Terrible customer service.

The staff here have poor customer service. Got my order wrong, did not apologize and just left br standing there, like "whatever" and then the guy who took the order, my usual order told me that I got my usual order wrong, and I shouldn't "flip it on him". If u like your drink made a certain way, and care that people own up to their mistakes, especially when you're spending your money, don't come here!

I love Dunkin but, this has to be the worst location there is. The MORNING staff is rude and the prior evening Staff is rude and lazy ! The managaer with the colorful hair is not up to the job either! She's an entitled one!
Recently, there are 2 nice young ladies that have taken the later shift but, they still manage to not offer everything on the menu. If you want an espresso item, they'll say the machine is broken so they don't have to clean it at closing time. They're taught that way I'm sure. It's not that they have e a flaw in their personality or that they aren't nice people! Theyre very polite and all around courteous young ladies. It's honestly like a hidden rule at this specific location to not serve the full menu in the p.m.
An hour b4 closing, all you can get is drip coffee or ice cream. No cooked food and no espresso items like cappuccino or machiatto.
Miraculously though, the machine is working fine again in the A.M.
It's annoying to a person who works a later shift and needs a pick me up at that time!
Victory and Richmond is the spot to go to!

Every single time I've ordered from this Dunkin it's been either a wrong order or they totally forgot about a order or I had to wait 15 min for my order mind you they had 3 people in there 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

This used to be my go-to Dunkin since it's on my way to work. I would place a mobile order, leave my house, and it would always be ready within the 10 minutes it takes me to get there. However, in the last couple of months, service has majorly slowed down. In an effort to beat the morning rush, I now place my mobile orders 20-30 minutes in advance. 9 times out of 10, I still have to wait up to 10 minutes in store for my order. It should not take 30-40 minutes to make the order. I would strongly suggest going to a different Dunkin location

No longer 24 hours.... Went on 10/21/21 after work around 10 PM and they were not open. If management would update the hours on here or on the front door that would be great. I usually have a great experience here so that's why I'm giving 4 stars.

Dunkin is always great! The line was fast, and I got my drink super quickly. Staff is friendly, and efficient. I love this location! The dining room is open now too!

This place has gone to low ends, and I'm not blaming the employees. My friends and I who work in the area, have frequently gone to this establishment. But no more, when our complaints fall on deaf ears, more than enough times. They are charging us full price for coffee and tea. But when you open your lid, there is always a residue of foam. We are barely getting 3/4 cup of coffee and or tea. I'm being gracious in saying 3/4! We all asked, can you not fill my cup with suds. But we only had luck once or twice. So this place gets one star, give the people what they pay for,bc we also work hard for our money.
