I come here every morning and the service is amazing. But I come at night once in a while and I get treated so horribly. I asked the man working in the front for cream in my ice latte and he started arguing with me saying cream doesn’t belong in a latte. I told him just give me what I asked for. Then he started being aggressive making my latte. I looked at the customer next to me and asked what’s wrong with him and the customer said he is just like that. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. The customer next to me told me his name is Jeffrey.

The Woodrow location catches a lot of underserved grief from people who complain about having to wait for their coffee/food. (Which, sure, can be annoying sometimes, especially when we’re all waiting on our first cup of the day.) Although the Charleston location is much faster, typically, Woodrow is usually more consistent with quality. Workers are genuinely hustling as best as they can, and it’s not their fault that the lines tend to get long. Mobile ordering is usually a breeze, even if sometimes it does take a bit longer for coffee during the morning rush.

The workers here are absolutely disgusting. I told the old women to give me 2 ice coffee with oatmilk and caramel. She told me we have no oatmilk but I can literally see it on the counter. I have a several allergy. Then she didn’t charge me correctly. I paid 8$ when I should’ve paid 5$. It took 15 minutes for the drinks to come. I asked for the manager and apparently the old women was the manager. She has no idea what is happening and I was not the only person this happened to.

Service - Extremely slow (had a line of customers waiting and cashier was busy fulfilling Door Dash orders on tablet)
Cleanliness - Awful (Garbage overflowing, Coffee/ Liquids spilled all over on the floors/ counters major safety concern for employees & customers.

On February 10th 2022 around 7:30 pm the worker had an attitude with the delivery man and I was waiting on line for about 10 min and nobody came out to the register to take care of me. After a while the worker just show up and throw the mask to the floor and with a fake smile asked me what I want. I said never mind and all I heard was “byeeeee”. Please take some actions with the workers who were that day. Will never come back and hope they close the location.

This is one of the best Dunkins on the island. Staff is friendly and I never had to wait too long.

They close way earlier than the time they are suppose to and the coffee doesn’t even taste good anymore. Compared to two years ago it use to be the go to spot. Now I have to travel 15 minutes for a good cup of coffee; and the one time I decide to give it a chance again she has the door locked at 9:30. In times like this where businesses should want to make the extra money they have become lazy.
