The Woodrow location catches a lot of underserved grief from people who complain about having to wait for their coffee/food. (Which, sure, can be annoying sometimes, especially when we’re all waiting on our first cup of the day.) Although the Charleston location is much faster, typically, Woodrow is usually more consistent with quality. Workers are genuinely hustling as best as they can, and it’s not their fault that the lines tend to get long. Mobile ordering is usually a breeze, even if sometimes it does take a bit longer for coffee during the morning rush.

Always repeat what you ordered. Always check to see if they gave you the correct donuts. If you aren't satisfied with coffee, don't go home and regret it . Say something before leaving the store.

This is one of the best Dunkins on the island. Staff is friendly and I never had to wait too long.
