We are new residents of the building, and are blown away by the quality of service. Damien was fantastic to work with throughout the showing and application process. He did a great job of answering all our questions, and supporting us up until our move. So happy to call this place home!

I don’t live here and this is not for the management company. I helped my brother move in last week - the crew running this place are awesome. Really welcoming and made moving in easy. Big shoutout to Anthony and Sammy at the front and to the guys in maintenance + facilities.

The amenities and apartments are ridiculous. Huge space, fair price, everything is new.
Move in day you are greeted as part of the fam, Anthony, the front desk operator is super nice and helpful.
Alberto in building maintenance is awesome as well, really stoked to live here.
One of the most painless renting processes I have ever experienced. Sammy, the leasing agent, was prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The building itself is beautiful with amazing views.
Hands down one of the best run buildings in NY. Never had an issues, everything always worked or was fixed asap. Management is super responsive and building staff was very nice and lovely to live with.
