No doubt there burger patties are good and very juicy. Always like their burger and fries. But it seems like their price is getting expensive. Burger price up but the portion size down. I only come when there is a buy one get one free coupon

This place is a local favorite. Young and older alike , everyone enjoys Smashburger. We tried the mushroom, Swiss Truffle burger. An old time favorite, though this restaurant has found away to make the hamburger, fries experience better and extraordinary. The Italian fries are to die for. Truly special. Try the vanilla shakes they’re great. Right here in Eltingville, it is a go.

Great place, tasty and quick. Actually the quality of food is very good.
BTW they recently changed the menu so now it is not so complicated
The price of fries is around 5.00 which is overpriced in comparison to the similar places.
Also they used to have kids Tuesday but now they don't have it anymore which is a drawback for me. Also they had a lot of promotions but this year of 2019 I didn't see any, which is weird.

Black bean burgers are delicious. The tots were crispy and nicely seasoned. The crispy Brussel Sprouts are the real star of the show - fabulous! Enjoyed my meal & will order from SmashBurger again.

I have always loved smash burger but ever since I moved away from the NY area I haven’t been near one in a long time. Today I went with a friend so my expectations were already high and when my friends needed help Norca really stepped up and really showed us what amazing customer service looks like. I work in the field so she really showed what I should strive to be when I “grow up”. I really hope you know what a gem you have in that store. If you were to ask me, this woman should be training your personnel or at the very least she deserves a raise.

once this places opened, it was the best burger and fries I've had on the island. Now, it's like they have gone down hill once they established themselves. The burgers aren't as good the portions are smaller. DISAPPOINTING, however milk shakes still good.

Location has gotten in a groove now being opened for a bit. Staff is generally pleasant. Restaurant is clean. Food is good (Spicy Cowboy is pretty damn good) and shakes are good as well. Bit pricey, but nowadays so is McDonald's/Wendy's etc.
