Stopped by for a thirst quencher. See the owner once more; very nice and pleasant gentleman. Had the vanilla ice latte and a peppermint chocolate ice frappuccino. Told the barista (who was really nice by the way) to make it extra chocolatey and it was delicious. The whipped cream on top just made it perfect for me.
Update..12.26.2021 stopped by as I was in the mall and tried something new...the barista suggested a caramel mocha latte...omg...that's all I have to say....🤤
Located inside of Staten island mall on the 2nd floor. Near the chase ATMS.
I bought two drinks, creme burle and cappuccino. They were both great tasting. Customer service was great. They even brought my drinks to my table. I sat inside for about 20mins, they have a small sitting area to enjoy snacks and drinks. Prices are fair.

I always used to come here when I lived in Staten Island, and I still do whenever I visit to get my eyebrows done a few stores down. They always have great coffee and the girls there who service the place are very friendly and kind. I always meant to leave a review after the countless times I've been there. I think they are even better than Starbucks, and always come out with new, delicious, and colorful ideas that beat Pumpkin Spice whatever any day of the week. Definitely would recommend a pit stop here anytime!
If you want to listen to 50cents candy shop and Eminems rap god while drinking coffee this is the spot . Great coffee .

Gloria Jeans is one of my FAVORITE coffee shops! The coffee is rich in taste and is always made perfectly the way I like it ! I would recommend getting the mocha hazelnut latte (hot), ITS THE BEST DRINK YOU WILL HAVE! The place is very clean and every employee greats you with ! Defiantly coming back :)
Gloria Jean's Coffee is a great coffee shop! The delicious and rich tasting coffee, that certainly wakes you up, and the nice customer service really create a wonderful experience. I ordered a caramel cappuccino with hazelnut, which I 100% recommend if you like sweet coffee like me. The staff was patient with helping me decide what I would like since this was my first time there. They did not pressure me into choosing something quickly. Overall, I had a great experience with Gloria Jean's Coffee and will surely be going there again soon.
