Cove Cookies

This isn't NY style pizza unfortunately. This wasn't super suprising to me as a new yorker who has lived in central PA for 6 years now. But this pizza was worse than most I've had, so much so that I'm writing this review. It was not good at all. Garlic knots were weird fried dough things in a bath of garlic butter. Cinnamon sugar bread sticks were fried dough doused with cinnamon and very little sugar, rendering them inedible. These things left me to rate my experience as a 2. What brought it down to 1star is I'm now up at 1am with a terrible stomach ache. Ugh. So disappointed. Central PA, why can't we have nice things???

Never failed to deliver. These guys provided good customer's services. Plus the food is always hot on arrival! Their pizza is pretty good too! Some complained that the bottom is burnt, but I think some don't understand that due to the nature of the cooking process for the pizza, you'll naturally get darker spots and areas on your pizza crust. If you don't like your pizza being cooked in high temperature, you shouldn't get the real thing. Just stick with the soggy pizza places lol.

Horrible experience! Ordered online for delivery and waited over 1.5 hours for the food. Called an hour into waiting and was told it was out for delivery. Half hour later it arrived cold. Called and the guy that answered said he was talking to me too long and he was going to get fired and hung up. Called back and a woman answered. She proceeded to lie to me, accuse me of yelling at the last guy (I didn't), and was going to send a driver out to get the cold food to see about a refund. I packed it up and drove myself to get my refund. Insane interaction and lack of character and customer service.
