Jimmy John's Gourmet Sndwchs

As always, the sandwich was delicious. The customer service, when I called, was great but they did not offer a way to rectify the problem. Unfortunately they are only have one driver so delivery times are not guaranteed, my sandwich was 60 minutes late and I did not finish my lunch before I started work again in the afternoon. I recommend that if you order, you pick up. Also, I customized my sandwich and it was not customized. :(

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Staff was fairly rude and they seemed annoyed we were even there. There were other people just hanging out and talking to staff members loudly while vaping next to our table which just didn't make an enjoyable lunch experience at all. Not worth the time or money.

I've eaten here before and never had problems beyond it takes more time than other locations I've ordered from out of this area, but after this last experience I won't be ordering online from this one again. I ordered one of their new frenchies online. After an hour the tracker hadn't moved from order received. I then called and apparently the order never printed so there must have been something wrong with their online system they said. I was then told that the frenchie is in limited supply and they were now out for the day and could not make one. They could either void my meal or I could order something else. At this point, I'm just going to order elsewhere and making sure that I'm not charged for the meal I never received. I'm really not sure who is the blame for this incident (maybe I should've called sooner I guess instead of being patient) but it's left a sour taste in my mouth so I'll just order online elsewhere for now.
