A wonderful experience. This was our first time enjoying this restaurant. It was obvious to the staff. So they went out of their way to tell us how to enjoy the meal. The picture shows the end result of a delicious meal.
I really like this place! My lab group often goes here when we have group dinners. There's lots of space for a big group (though it would also work for a small group too), and there's a big selection of items for hot pot.
They recently changed from a la carte style to all-you-can-eat style food selection for hot pot, which I like :)

Very good, but not a great place for beginners of hot pot. Most of the staff are not super fluent in English, so things may get lost in translation. Here's how it works: you order your broth from the menu (I highly suggest the chicken pot), then go to the freezers and pile up your plate with everything you want to eat (enoki mushrooms and fatty beef are a must). Go and mix up a spicy garlicky sauce for yourself at the sauce bar, grab a ladle and a small basket from the same place, then when your broth comes, be sure to turn on the hot plate at your seat and set it to 5. Wait till it bubbles, throw in your food, then chow down! Meat is sliced super thin so it only needs a minute or two to cook, but frozen dumplings and such take a little longer. The bubble tea here is also really good. I like the Thai milk tea with regular boba. Everything here is a bit intimidating your first time, but it's definitely a fun place to eat! As far as the quality of their meat and produce, everything has always looked good to me!
Great hot pot! Really lovely soup bases and lots of extras to add to hot pot available. Fast service too. Will definitely go again when in town next.
