Sonic Drive-in

I have been going to this Sonic randomly for the past 3 years, and not once has my order been correct. There was one instance where I asked them to correct the mistake twice, and it was still wrong. The fries are either stale or too salty. I had one instance where the person preparing my food wasn't wearing gloves. This time I ordered face to face, and my I order was still wrong. What I received was some burger on stale texas toast. The only things it has in common with my order was the meat and cheese. How can you look a customer in the face, take their order, and still mess it up?

Got a burger and it had hair all in it. I mean like a chunk of hair. I don't know if it got dropped or what. It literally looked like it had gotten maybe dropped and they didn't care or it was intentionally put on it. I use to work at this sonic and at first it was a great job but then towards the end it turned awful and the younger kids that worked there with me did not care it seemed like about anything they were doing honestly. I would sit later and offered to sit later than I was supposed to so I could help clean up and things. The reason I'm not there working anymore is ridiculous and it hurt me when it happened because it was not my fault what so ever. But I wish they would work better as a team, I've always loved going to sonic but now when I've went over here the last few times it was not great at all and my food was cold, nasty and has had hair in it.

It pains me to write this. I have given this place multiple attempts to keep my 5 star review. Today I have to downgrade it to a 1. Again, the speaker doesn't work. I drive to the window which is no big deal. One car ahead of me leaves. Now, I am the only one here. I order a kid meal cheeseburger with extra cheese. I offer to pay for the extra cheese. After receiving my order I pull into a bay & bite into my burger... NO Cheese! Ok still no big deal accidents happen. I pull back around and ask the lady if I can please get a NEW burger with cheese. Here is the problem! Instead of telling me to throw the burger with a bite out of it away she proceeds to take it back into the restaurant! She hands me a supposedly new burger. I note the wrapper is very cold. I pull into a bay to finally eat my lunch... I open the wrapper to find the original burger, with a bite out of it, had been returned to their kitchen where they added two pieces of cold cheese to it. I pull back around to the window, again, and ask for the manager. The lady who messed up my order, took a burger that I touched, and took a bite out of, back into the kitchen, and served it to me as a new burger was THE Manager!!! I had to request a refund which took way too long and left.
