Great steak and egg croissant. Visited here on a road trip for breakfast and what a pleasant surprise.
Can only rate 4 stars because it's my first visit. Fast and delicious.

Great ingredients. The veggies are fresh and crisp and the bread is crazy good. Indifferent preparation - the kind you get when the person making the food is doing a job, not thinking about whether it's something he or she would want to eat. Service is perfunctory and trying a little too hard for edginess. Prices are reasonable and the dining room is reasonably clean and comfortable. It's also fast.

We love Cosi but something has changed at this location. The bread is definitely different and not nearly as good. It was cold, dry and just didn’t taste good. There also weren’t any bread samples at the counter anymore which was always a nice perk while waiting to order. Had a communication issue with the lady who took my order which resulted in my bill being more than I expected. They don’t bring over your food anymore like they used to- which is fine, but still, another change. We’ll be back, but no rush!

So glad I came here to meet friends for backgammon and a light meal. We felt welcome, and the vibe was good. Parking was fine, and the easy-on easy-off location next to the Parkway is a real plus. Staff was friendly in an authentic way. A problem cropped up when a bathroom alarm was accidently triggered. The staff handled the situation nicely, making sure the guest was safe, and calmly walking around explaining to the dinners that all was well until the alarm could be silenced.

I haven't been to a Cosi in a few years and decided to stop here for a quick but decent bite. The store and counter area was dirty, the food selection shrunk a bit but I found an old favorite the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was disgusting to say the least, the sauce didn't taste like buffalo sauce and the "chicken" was off. Also ordered the curry chicken bowl, the flavor was great but the same off chicken and the rice was all clumped together. Had I not taken it to go I would have spoken to a manager.

Delicious soups, sandwiches, salads at premium . Best thing on menu is Tomatoe Basil soup. Breads are soft and tasty. Sandwiches very tasty and served warm. However it shouldn't cost $38 for 2 people for 2 bowls of soup, 2 sandwiches, 2 sodas for what is basically Lunch not dinner, and no waitress. You order food at counter.

This place is really good. Good food, good prices and quick. The staff had great customer service. The only thing was one item (rice and beans) seemed old, it was hard to chew. We opted not to tell them, only because they already did a few other things for us (they didn't realize that they were out of tofu, when i ordered it, and they gladly replaced it with Tuna with no upcharge. My mom ordered decaf coffee, they didn't have any brewed and offered to make the decaf americano espresso version. So great customer service.
