Very small restaurant but they were efficient. The waiter was amazing, friendly and kept us with coffee!

Food was decent but the service was unacceptable. The server was over worked and missing in action. The coffee was cold and I asked for a replacement and he took 10-15 mins to replace it. There was no ice in the store , like how ?

Thank you to every staff member here. I love the service everyone gives. From the hostess to the server and the kitchen!! All of you play a part of our experience eating here. I'm happy you guys are still open. I come here with my mom and we enjoy crepes and some coffee ☕️ 😋

Awfully terrible. My parents ordered food to take home and we had 1 tray of fries missing and had to wait almost 2 hours for our food. Besides the food the workers were rude and had almost no patience whatsoever.

They never picked up the phone or provided service to me when I walked in. I waited 10mins. So, I left the place. The one in Orange is much friendlier and the food better. The one in Stamford served us over cooked cold pancakes with cold syrup. They even got our order wrong, the old staff needs to return.

I walked in to place an order for takeout and could not have had a better experience. The host was extremely kind and the wait was very short for a walk-in order (7:30 PM on a Wednesday). I ordered the chicken and pancakes from the IHOPPY Hour menu and it tasted great! I definitely recommend this location!

OMG I hate doing this. This use to be the place to go not anymore went there today (4/22/22) around 8pm ordered the turkey sandwich with LTM side order of fries. I don't know how you mess up such a simple order some how it got bacon on it ok let that go no mayo the bacon was leather tough I waited for 20-30 min for a cold sandwich really and the fries was colder than the sandwich. Never again. And they was slow as hell two tables with people in it the sign outside was broken for a brief moment I though they were closed. Sad sad day 😢😭 Never again.

Oh my gosh! I have never seen such poor service…we asked for orange juice they said the machine is broken for over 3 weeks same for apple juice, they only have milk shake if you carry out…they give my children some blue juice and they did not even drink it. I waited for 35 minutes for some coffee because they only have a small coffee maker.
Ihop! Is going down and they should close that place….#disgrace.
