Great food and service every time! The location is right on the water so the view is always wonderful and the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant is beautiful! The gnocchi, caesar salad and creamed corn are all amazing and a must try!

Pros:
Unbeatable view next to the sea. We were able to look at the full moon in the night sky and the boats on the water while enjoying our food. The service was not bad although they were very busy accommodating a lot of guests at the same time. The cocktails with pineapple and cucumbers were very creative. The oysters, sprouts, and fries were amazing. The chocolate cake came with a very big size.
Cons:
Didn’t like the baked half chicken. The crispy smell and taste was not appreciated by me. I wish it could be cooked just like the sprouts. The steak sandwich was a little plain. The waiter was not speaking very clearly when introducing the specials. So we didn’t order any specials. Just ordered whatever on the menu.
An outstanding dining experience. Great view. Diverse team and clientele. The staff is professional, gracious and aims to please. The food is delicious. Parking is not a problem. Be sure to take a stroll along the waterfront. Options for gluten free folks! I do not have a single criticism. Just go! Make your reservation and go!
Excellent food and service. Birthday celebration for our daughter. It's hard to find a place to make beef wellington so I was excited to see it on the menu. And it did not disappoint. It was fun to see the boats coming and going. Place was packed when we left. Definitely have to get reservations.

Celebrate daughter’s birthday there, pick a quieter Friday afternoon to enjoy their “power lunch” and beautiful Hobart view. Services is quick and nice, food are fantastic; we had lobster bisque (soup of the day),gnocchi, lobster rolls, steelhead salmon +crab cakes and Wellington. All of them are delicious , portion is generous and well display. The final surprise was birthday girl got a free dessert and $25 gift card. Definitely will bring more friends there!
Prime restaurant is like going home to family for a nice dinner. The stuff there is amazing we love getting to sit in Marcus's area. He is amazing personable and just all-around a great person. He definitely makes it more enjoyable to eat at prime. The food there is delicious and delectable. The ambience is great and we have fun every time. Thank you Marcus for making an enjoyable time every time.
