Tgi Fridays

Paid $25 for barely any fries. What a ripoff. I don’t remember ordering from the kids menu. Highly disappointed with their portion size. People pay $25 expecting their money’s worth. The burger was amazing tho! Excellent quality! And the fries were awesome... it’s just that portion size is for a child.

So, I'm not sure where to begin. Myself my husband, sister and her husband went to this tgi Fridays Friday night. When we entered I noticed that the restaurant was pretty empty, maybe 5 people tops. We sat in the bar section so our husbands could watch the game. The waitress was pretty nice and tried pretty hard, for the most part. Me and my husband ordered the platter appatizer and the fried shrimp dinner. My sister and her husband both ordered steaks. We waited about 20 mins or more for our food. The food came out cold, which made no sense at all. The restaurant wasn't crowded. Her husbands steak was ordered medium rare. Came out not only cold but over cooked. My sister's meal was also cold, the mashed potatoes looked like a scoop you get on your jail house plate. Steak looked like it was a cube steak and the shrimp, we'll clearly they were either cooked in old grease or just over cooked. Then they brought out a small side plate with 5 over cooked shrimp to my husband as his shrimp dinner. I started telling our waitress and she said let me get my manager. So out came manager cory. I started to telling him about everything and he is just standing there with this dead look on his face. He literally looked like he was on drugs. He said he didnt know why it was cold, he was cooking. So i said, oh so you are the one that cooked this back there? He said, umm no i didnt cook that. We were completely blowed by the whole thing. He replaced my sisters husbands food, which came back out this time close to rare. He did not replace my sisters. As she sat there and did not eat the food. The manager took them off the bill. In which we were not looking for at all. We just wanted a good meal. After I complained that he did not even bring my husbands dinner out at all. He said do you want me to put it in a to go box. I explained to him I didn't understand why he'd didn't replace her food, only for her to sit there with no food. He offered and she said no, she was over it at that point. Once again he just stands there with this deer in head light look. I pointed it out to him and he stated he was listening. I have never had any issue at that location prior to that night. This location won't be visted by use again. Such a shame, but still enjoy Tgi fridays.

Have not been in a TGIF in 11 years in another state. The service - superb! Food - outstanding! Attendants and managers - wonderful, warm, and very personable. Great menu and drinks with very appealing new options. Hats off for great customer service. What a nice holiday gift. Thanks TGIF. I'm back but in this state.
