Wow. Thank you so much for such a great breakfast. The service was beyond wonderful. You could feel how proud And happy the staff are to be a part of the cafe. A homeless man came in and asked to use restroom, then stood by front counter . Instead of being rude and nasty to the man, the sweet lady at the front gave him a coffee and patiently communicated to him. She was as pleasant with him as she was to paying customers. I loved those positive vibes all around. The food and latte was amazing too!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I go 2-3x a week because it’s a great atmosphere to be in. The staff is super friendly and love seeing me and my pup Lucía. They always come out and give her bacon and pets and lots of love. The food is really good, I’m currently on rotation between the breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, the Cuban and rosemary potato’s. It’s a great place to sit outside and do your homework. I’m moving at the end of the months and I wish I could pick up Banyan and move it to the other side of Florida. Definitely 10/10. The owner is also a great human and we will miss him greatly when we move.

Bland taste and poor quality. Tried the pouched eggs which were extremely runny the white and the yolk, I was not asked how do I want them cooked, the pictures in reviews showed they were medium cooked. The spinach and toast was barely ok. Fruit was tiny compared to pictures in reviews. Customer service was not great when I mentioned that eggs were extra runny.

I got the smoked salmon bowl because they only serve the shrimp burrito on weekdays. I brought my friends who were visiting from out of town to try this place. We all got the smoked salmon bowl and were really disappointed. The salmon was really salty, acidic, and wet. I was hoping there would be more of a base for the dish. It was some salmon, 2 eggs, and three slices of tomatoes for 13$. I recommend their shrimp burrito wrap but everything else was a little disappointing. The salted caramel latte was delicious. Very friendly staff.

Family owned restaurant, Which is always the best eating experience!! Very personable, kind people, The owners actually come out and talk to you. The father and son, who own it, are just really amazing people. It is truly the best omelet I have at anywhere in Saint Petersburg! I could not believe how perfectly well cooked, it was thick and tasty!! And rosemary potatoes and a slice of seasoned pita to go with, very hip eatery!! We were lucky enough to sample desserts prepared for catering an event at Morean Art Center, which is the same building they are located, and they were delectable!!! Hopefully they will start having those as options options to go with coffee in the mornings :)

Came here on a Monday morning around 10am. First time. I ordered a latte and a breakfast burrito. The latte arrived to my table within a few minutes, however, the burrito took 30+ minutes. There was one other person waiting for their order before mine. Taste: latte tasted good. Good milk to espresso ratio for its size. But cup was severed on a saucer that had a pretty big chipped area. Burrito was very disappointing. It was bland, lacked any flavor, and tasted like the egg mix was store bought pre-mix. The center also was a bit runny and looked like the eggs might have not been fully cooked through. Ambiance: casual and comfortable. Plenty of seating options.
