Subway

I came In with family and a few friends,we were going to eat a snappers but the wait was outstanding,so my daughter asked me "Dad can we eat subway then",we agreed.we walked next door a boy was my mind blown away. The guy was alone,Carlton was his name,great attitude his multi-tasking was like very great,He was baking bread,cookies,making our sandwiches the way we asked,customers were coming in groups at a time and he kept to it.never slowing aggravation or anything. Great employee you guys have working for this location wish all had his spirit and attitude. I asked "are you the manager "? He responded "No sir but I'm working towards it " great attitude to have,I own a restaurant and it's great to have an employee that wants to move up in positions. That let you know he loves his job.

The man working night closing shift on 6/19/22 HATES HIS JOB! He was rude and he was complaining about making the sandwiches because it almost closing… it was about 9:20 you close at 10… he was complaining the whole time and said he’s locking the doors at 9:45. This man made the worst sandwich as well.

I understand low staffing, and the guy working was on his own... but making all our sandwiches one at a time... this guy wasn't even thinking of multitasking nor did he have any idea of how to work with a sense of urgency. Granted... the passion and attention he gave when rolling our sandwiches in paper... I believe his mind was on rolling his next smoke!!

This place takes CASH ONLY for extended parking. What was interesting is that I couldn't get a RECEIPT! This happened on July 8th, 2022 around 7:30 p.m. On July 12, 2022 I called around 10:30 a.m. I spoke with a manager. I asked her if they allowed extended parking for a fee. She emphatically said "NO". When I told her about how I paid $20 and didn't receive a RECEIPT...her response was "I"m busy now". Then she promptly HUNG UP on me. If the I.R.S. wants proof, I'm sure they have surveillance camera's!

No breakfasts, No daily specials, and they do not accept Subway's own coupons that arrive in your mailbox. If you're visiting SPB, take the 5 minute drive over the Bayway Bridge to the Subway on Isla del Sol, where they have breakfast sandwiches, the daily specials, and they accept Subway's own coupons.
