Georgie's Diner

I love love love the fact that they support local! It was delicious and definitely an old diner feel, very clean. Coffee had no taste but that’s ok, if you’re a true coffee drinker than you know how to doctor it up! Pretty cute of out today 32 but it was very warm in the diner! Price point was right on! We will be back!

We wanted to have some lunch. We stopped for gas at shell on the corner and noticed the diner next door but the gas station also had food - a pizza special 2 slices and a drink for 6.99 but we decided to go with Georgies Diner. It was about 2PM, a bit past lunch so it was pretty empty. It has ample parking and the look of a traditional diner, shiny outside and a counter top and nice inviting booths inside. Lots of plants growing outside. Lots of NY memorabilia on the inside. We both love reuben sandwiches so we each ordered one. Pasta salad as one side and fries with the other. The fries were seasoned and well portioned, so we shared them! We thought their fries to be one of the better tasting ones on our trip. The rye bread was thick and the sandwich was nicely made and tasted good. We were so stuffed even though we wanted to have dessert, we had no room but they sounded delicious! We would be happy to go back again next time we're in the area. Hopefully next time we can save room for dessert! Go check it out, lots of good things on the menu.

I love this little diner. The food is good, portion size is huge. The staff is outstanding! Working their bottoms off keeping people happy and maintaining professionalism. It's always a small wait to get in during morning rush but it's so worth it. They are hiring and if I was able to transition, I'd love to work for this place. FYI if your kid wants two pancakes, just order one.
