Went to lunch here today and all of our dishes were amazing! The food was super fresh and tasty, and the owner was very friendly, helpful, and overall running a great restaurant. The chicken enchiladas was so good and filling! Very authentic and clean! Cant wait to go back and try more! 🌮😍💞

Burrito had avocado and sour cream. Not a great combination to me. Masked the flavor of the meat. Their salsa was good. I'd try it again but something else from the menu

Delicious and authentic food at a decent price.
Nice choice if you want to avoid a big noisy Mexican restaurant. Fresh and delicious food and a great husband and wife team running the store.
Worth a stop!

Great small business and especially from El Salvador. Very clean place.
Cheese pupusas are good.
Flan don’t bother ( however my niece thought it was good) . Horchata is Mexican not Salvadorean.
I will be back when I crave cheese pupusas.

The food here is always fresh and great been going here for years and know the owners for years before they had this place. Very caring and honest people. I love coming here not just to eat the tasty food but support aswell. The pupusa is really good.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. I found it on Google maps. It's pretty small, only accommodates about 24 guests at a time for dine in. I thought it would be a little bit more formal but I found when I arrived that you order at the counter and then sit down to be served. Chips and salsa are not free like they are at many Mexican restaurants. I have to admit that the salsa was not my favorite. I also ordered the Horchata drink which was delicious. For my meal, I had the mixed pupusas. I have no frame of reference from which to compare but I thought they were very tasty. If I'm in the area in the future, I would return and try something else from the menu.

The owner was a treat to chat with about El Salvador, his homeland and a place on our bucket list that we have not traveled yet. The pupusa's were terrific as well as the tacos that were full of flavor. Definitely one of my favorite places in the area for a reasonably priced meal.

Sensational food
We found this wonderful family run eatery in a shopping centre outside the touristy historic district of St Augustine. We liked it so much that we came here 3 times during our 4 night stay at St Augustines. The dishes that we tried were:
Chicken tortilla soup - The soup was delicious – made with real chicken broth and full of fresh ingredients and flavour which was improved by the addition of 5 drops of habanero sauce as recommended by the owner Carlos. We had this every time we visited because we loved it!!
Biggest burrito pastor (spicy grilled pork) - made with paper thin flour tortillas and the perfect amount of rice, beans, lettuce, cheese and meat.
Taco salad campechano –fresh crunchy flour tortilla chips topped with lettuce, beans, cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, steak and chorizo.
Pupusas - delicious corn flatbreads stuffed with tasty porky chicharron and cheese.
Tacos – soft corn tortillas filled with spicy chorizo, topped with cilantro and finished with a squeeze of lime.
We loved the house made salsas too. The meals here are just sensational – they are made with love and pride and you can just taste it in the food!
