Do yourself a favor and visit the location on Anastasia blvd instead!!! We visited this one while shopping downtown (4/15/22) and were NOT impressed. We were never greeted, and the older woman working the front was so rude. We were made to feel rushed and she had a very poor attitude that completely ruined the experience. Needless to say, we visited the Anastasia location instead. They got our business because of the kind, informative, patient customer service they showed us!

Third time here in the last month trying to get a chocolate covered banana. Frozen banana sitting in the case but they said they will not dip them until probably tomorrow. Standing there with no customers with their earpods in probably making $10 an hour to do nothing..

Chocolates are yummy and the staff is very nice. We forgot some of our chocolates on the counter and and one of the employees chased us way down st. George st.

An amazing spot to fix your chocolate cravings. They are friendly and nice. Their foods and drinks do taste perfectly made.

Chocolates are your basic smell really good I went over and got a vanilla latte and it was absolutely excellent and worth every cent of the five dollars

Omg the fudge is amazing. Do yourself a favor and try the dark chocolate and salted caramel 😋.

Went here twice. Afternoon trip was fine and we got a nice coffee. We went again later on in the day and no one was in there besides someone sweeping who didn't acknowledge anyone and no one was behind the counters. We had the pre packaged chocolate boxes in hand ready to buy and wanted some gelato as well. There were at least 8 other customers in there wondering what's going on. Sad to say we all put our products back and left empty-handed. May try a different location next time as i'm sure the service isn't a representation of their products.
