Sun 03 Sept 2023 - 4 Stars First time at this location. I've been to this brand many times. . The restaurant food was as expected from IHop, also the price. My server today (Lexi L.) did an excellent job. The dining area was clean. The bathroom was a bit messy. The "bathroom service sheet" displays no cleaning since Wednesday (and today is Sunday.)

The food wasn't great, but our waitress made everything better. She was kind, and happy. It really made all the difference. Thank you, Cambri! You were amazing! It's people like you that make a positive difference.

It took a while to get someone to seat us on a Friday morning and the places barely had any customers. The service however was great and quick to get our drinks and order out. The place was clean, the food was alright for comfort food.

The service here was to notch! Our server was very attentive. It's a great place to bring kids. They have a great selection that appeal to kids. Place was very clean and comfortable.

Hey, go see my boy Jaiden down here at IHOP for the best service! This is a real selfless dude here, and I really feel that I made a friend after the experience I witnessed. He is very Profesional even when negativity from other costumers is getting to him! All around great dude! You want good service? Go see my man's Jaiden at IHOP here in springville!

Unfortunately they were out of avocado which wouldn't have been a big deal if I new before hand because I ordered a cali melt and it didn't taste very good without avocado. I would have just ordered the French toast.. However the server did take the cali melt off my bill because it was missing the avocado. So it was over all an good experience.. the strawberry lemonade is so so good I wish I could buy a gallon of it. I would like to try the blueberry lemonade next time. Because I definitely will return

The food is usually pretty good but the thing that impress me the most was our waitress. We had a group of 24 people and she single handed took care of all of our need and wants. Very impressed with her!

The food was prepared perfectly and all was delicious. The restaurant was not too busy and we were able to be seated immediately.

I wanted to try the pancake tacos, the waitress said I could not have one of each. I also ordered a couple meals for tacos take home since I was there Alone, but she brought the other to for me to eat and when I told Her it was to go when I ordered.

Short on staff and looking for new employees. We had a great server who made us feel at home. The food was ready quickly and tasted wonderful, really hit the spot.
