This couple is amazing. They are both such kind people and always happy to see returning customers. They are there through rain, winter, as long as they can get there physically they are there and I appreciate that a lot. To find such GOOD food in Springfield during the day isn’t easy, and I mean GOOD. Not McDonald’s, not just salad, their food is always fresh, always cooked to order and they are always willing to modify certain items (within reason) to get you what you want or need.
I hope and pray they are here for years to come. Absolutely above and beyond one of the very few best food trucks & people around. Love!
Quick and always delicious. The chicken curry and the peanut chicken are my favorites. The food truck parks right by the river so you also get an amazing view while you enjoy your meal.
My wife and I tried their curry chicken with rice and we ordered it with level 6 heat at a soccer match in Manchester at Applejacks Stadium. It was delicious, tons of flavor and the perfect amount of heat. I would highly recommend trying them.
Their food is always super fresh and wicked tasty! Love the peanut chicken! Highly recommend! I do wish their hours went a bit later some days.

Wasn't sure what kind of food truck it was until i was at the window. But the food was very reasonable priced, and surprisingly very delicious. They were also very polite at the window.
