I ordered the Tempura California Roll and it was made fresh and tasted delicious. While waiting on my meal everyone on the staff was eating around the food. While eating they were also preparing food and not changing gloves or washing their hands in between. I saw someone bring bread to their mouth and use the same gloves to cook chicken. That is unsanitary please educate your staff on ServSafe policies.

Not sure what the other reviews are about. I always come here during lunch time. You get so much protein and the food is always good and fresh. The workers are very friendly, fast and professional. I love coming here and will continue coming in the future. Thank you guys! ❤️

Been to this location many times. They raised their prices back in early November for their Chicken Teriyaki special by a couple of dollars. The store was usually empty every time we went during lunch hours which meant little to no wait. Food was fast and fresh and the portion size was good for the price. We always did take out and used utensils from home so I felt bad every time I threw out the forks they provided.

Yummy. Greasy. You know what you're getting. In general, I get Sarku Japan from some place maybe a few times a year. I'd come again to this spot. One plate of the standard chicken dish plus extra meat is typically good enough for two people as a light meal and that's what we usually do.

Our carryout food was ready on time and hot. Store could be cleaner. Our Teriyaki chicken, shrimp teriyaki chicken, miso soup and Shrimp tempura was tasty.

I go to this marvelous place from time to time since I like the special air that is unique to this restaurant. The team is awfuly loving and experienced. The service is awfully quick. Needless to say, the food they prepare is outstanding. I came more than once and I was always joyful. The rate is modest. I recommend this place to to everybody.

I just went in today and got quick, friendly service. The food is not 5-star restaurant quality, but it seemed fresh and was just what I needed for a quick carry-out dinner option. Good prices too! Very positive experience overall.

The female in the front was so nice. They made the food fresh and it was very good! I got my food to go and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I thought Sarku was only in malls, so glad it’s not!

I really like sarku, they have really good food for a more than fair price! They usually have fresh ingredients and good (and constant!) Flavour. Some of the sarkus have awful staff but this one doesn't. They're always nice and also fast so no complains at all.
You're obviously not getting ultra good food (nor sushi) but for a fast food chain, they do pretty good! I always come back!
