I want to give “MAC” that has been working there for about 15 years a review! He is always happy and very friendly ever morning! He greets you with a big smile! It always a pleasure pulling up to the cash window and seeing MAC!

Ordered our food online. Pulled in and parked. Waited 15 minutes for our order. Orange juice was water. Already on the interstate when I found out. This McDonald's has the best service. Terrible off day.

McDonald's is McDonald's but the coffee I got while traveling was old and did not taste good unfortunately I did not sip it until on the HWY by then it was to late to turn back. Wished Dunkin Donuts had been open. I gave them 2 starts since thet did have coffee and it was hot.

They had a full staff and only slightly busy. Teenagers seemed undertrained and unmanaged, though friendly, didn't know what to do. Left the dining room sales hanging. It took 10 minutes to get a coffee and I was first in line.

Took forever to get thru the line, but the lady infront payed it forward so that was awesome. But McDonald's had poor customer service, and frogot half my food, as a visitor to the state of ohio, i dont know the area to just turn around, called the store and the manager was rude n short with me.. 👎👎

It was actually good and the fries were hot, and I got more than 2 packets of ketchup this time for 2 large fries.

This place has some of the best staff and that shows from their service, on the average you get fast and speedy service, now with the pandemic there have been times where staff levels were low and I really can't hold that against them cause everywhere has been struggling to some extent, I just wanted to make a review and let them know I really appreciate what they do!

I am completely and udderly disgusted. This was a doordash placed at 11:20PM. We had 2 McRibs and 2 Large Fries and 1 Quarter Pounder with cheese. This is how the quarter pounder came and sadly I bit into this mess. The manager was very apologetic but I feel McDonald's needs to teach their employees about proper timing on the grill. So for that I have shared this photo to bring attention to this matter. This is completely unacceptable.
