I use to order from them all the time, quality has really gone down hill. My last order was a disaster multiple phone calls from them after i placed my order from five different people changed the prices three times and after over charging my debit card they gave me a hassle over returning my money and simply canceling the order it wasn't worth all that hassle to order from them, complete disaster on their end.

The food was cold cause the driver decided to live my order in front of y door in the porch without calling me .
Then when I called the restaurant , the driver claimed giving my food to a boy.

We called to order food it was 56$ then we had multiple employees including a child calling saying different prices and messing up the order then refusing a refund after we canceled our order. I do not recommend. Go to wong wok instead.

I live 3 minutes apart from the restaurant and i cant believe its take 1 hour and 20 mi to deliver an order. Dont waist your time and fine another place

New management? Or new cook? I used to love Jack Chen II when it first opened up years ago, but it seemed like as the years went by, so did the passion for serving good quality food. 😔 I ordered a pu pu platter from here the day because my normal Chinese spot is on vacation and EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! No burnt ribs, everything was freshly fried, the rice had good texture and flavor! Idk what yah doing differently Jack Chen II but keep it going! 👍👍
