Had what was definitely the best Quarter Pounder with cheese I've ever had at this location. The burger was cooked just shy medium and did not sit under a heat lamp for very long. Both me and my wife commented on how good the burger was, it caught us off guard because our expectations for McDonald's are honestly pretty low.

Just went there and just like a few times ago, they didn't give me all my order. Also the tea machine is broke down so the sweet tea looks like dirty water and was NOT sweet at all. The gentleman that was working noticed my face when I took a drink and seen the woman from Door-Dash and asked if something was wrong? I told him about the tea and he fixed it and gave us new tea! Second time it was sweet but taste's like colored sugar water 🤔 He was extremely professional and helped us and the woman from Door-Dash. Thank you Sir for helping us and being honest.

Out of all the McDonald's in central Springfield this one over here actually gets five stars because they get my order right every time they're fast they're friendly and the place is clean. To whomever the franchise owner is, thank you!

I was standing in the line, waiting to receive my order, this McDonald worker was very rude and disrespectful spoke language towards me & my friend was standing beside me. He is very strange man. This happened on Saturday Morning around 10am. I don't think I feel comfortable around this McDonald worker. His name was Bernard. Horrible service!!!

Employee didn’t even know the fish filet was 2 for $6. Employees should be trained on current promotions. Iced coffee was so quickly made they forgot the ice

Try to come here on lunch cause it’s close to work and multiple times now waiting in line for 20+ mins just to get the wrong food over and over again. At that point don’t even have time to get somthing else or take it back. Dont go to this location
