First time there, looked too small from the outside to be good so I never went in. Got a coupon so I thought I’d give it a shot. The Chilli was delicious! I added sour cream, onions and shredded cheese. It was what old style Chilli is suppose to be and I will definitely be going back. It was small on the inside but clean and cozy. I enjoyed the atmosphere.
I have renewed faith in Dew Chilli. Today, after not having a pleasant first experience a few weeks ago, I revisited Dew Chilli with a friend. The service this time was great, and of course the food was amazing. One of the employees spoke with me about my past visit and apologized for the inconvenience. They also told me that my feedback was important, be it negative or positive, because they are committed to great customer service. I felt that their apology was genuine and sincere. Therefore, I am changing my review to 5 stars. Way to be an attentive and accommodating business! They take their customer's reviews very seriously. I love supporting local businesses and I am happy that now I can continue to support The Dew Chilli Parlor.
I have been alive for 50 years I can say I have been eating Chili and Chilli ever since I can remember. Having tried about every brand and many kitchen cook off specialties from the good, bad to the ugly I can say that Dew Chilli is one of the best, if not thee best, tasting Chilli I've ever had. Great service and the Dew does it consistently right to keep me coming back for more. Fun atmosphere, great landmark in Springfield and you never know who your going to see in there.
Awesome! My wife and I love this place, and my family always wants to eat here whenever they come to town from out of state. It's small and low key, but the chili is great! I just wish their hours were better.
Chilli every way. Tamales, spaghetti, mac/cheese/chilli, on fries, nachos, burgers... it's pretty dang good too. Dont forget its Springfield, so order a shoe. Apps (fried pickles and cheese curds) were yummy. Decent beer selection on rotation. Very friendly staff. Owner stopped by to chat more than once as well. Very Springfield at its hometown best.
