We ordered a cake online. Was very generic and asked them to put a KTM Dirtbike on it. This is what they did. They went above and beyond for this cake. They made this kid happy as one can be. Thank you guys very much!

We received a coupon in the mail to buy a blizzard and get one of equal or lesser value for $0.99. We ordered a large $5.29, small $3.99, and mini $2.99. Guess which one was charged the $0.99... If you guessed the mini for $2.99, you were correct. In addition, the cashier had the nerve to remind us twice that they accept tips... On a good note, the Blizzards are delicious.

Hey let's put the minimal amount of product in the lid and we use the base of the container for a lid. People will never realize we can charge more for less. If the container is used properly you would get more ice cream and room for toppings. Whip cream fits into the rounded section and the DQ curl protected in the small dome. Thoughts?

Was waiting on my food and the young man who took my order was very nice. I waited for awhile but no big deal I wasn’t rushing. Unfortunately, an older lady was yelling at the kid to run the food out. I think it is extremely condescending and rude to yell at your employees in front of customers!!

Went through the drive-through order my food everything was wrong my fries was burnt my burger was made wrong my kids didn’t even get tehy chocolate milk with a kids meal I just felt like everything was rushed and put together sloppy I am very unsatisfied wasted $21 down the drain smfh….
