Best Einstein's Bros in town! Not only are the best bagels in town, but the best service too! Sarah and her crew have the most positive attitude and genuinely care about their customers. They have had staffing issues as all places have had, but they have handled it like a champ. Can't say enough great things about this location!

absolutely love this place. the staff are really nice and helpful. I placed an order online (while in the parking lot) to pick up in the store (had a free coffee reward to use but it had to be a mobile order) and the app told me it would be ready in 10-15 min. but it was ready in about 5 min. we had a few bagels and 2 drinks (including my coffee) and everything was perfect.

I use to visit this location quite often when I lived closer to it. The service was great and they would remember you. I decided to visit again when I needed coffee for a group of people recently, and it was just as great as it was before, the coffee and the service. The consistently friendly service and quality food/drinks makes it worth it even if I don’t live nearby anymore.

I come here quite often. I first started visiting them when I lived in Colorado and I absolutely loved their Caribou coffee. Now, I'm a weekly visitor here in springfield. Best bagels I have ever had and their bagel sandwiches, particularly the farmhouse and the all nighter, are amazing.

The big kicker here is how badly coffee can be made. I ordered a vanilla iced latte and it tasted like I had ordered water with a side of vanilla. So watery and bad, one of the worst drinks I have ordered. My wife got a hot drink where they charge extra for flavoring which is ridiculous, also ordered a latte and they made her a macchiato because they don’t know their is a difference. Ever since Einsteins was bought out this company has turned for the worst. Highly do not recommend.

Prices are high and drive through is insanely slow. My family prefers their bagels to Panera, or I would not continue to come back. Hours are wacky- so go early…

First timer to Einstein... staff was super nice, especially Gio helping me with my order. Food was made quickly. Loved it!!! Will definitely eat there again 😁👍
