One of the things I love about Starbucks is that their service is always consistent from store to store. Recently, I have visited Starbucks in several States (VA, NC, SC, DE, MD), and the baristas are consistently polite and nice. Some are more quiet than others, but fortunately, never rude or unpleasant. I started collecting the Been There State Mugs last week, and decided to get the DC one today. This past week, I picked up the North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. I plan on going back to some of the States I have visited and pick up their been there mugs. I ordered the Green tea lemonade with 4 pumps of sugar cane... it was good and expected. I haven't been at the location in awhile, and at this visit, I noticed a book library where you take a book and drop off one. Great idea.

Despite the clear understaffing I noticed a few baristas that were some of the most impressive workers I have ever seen. Claire and Nancy were on top of every drink I watch them make and ensured that mine was made perfectly. I don’t think I will ever go to another Starbucks and I hope employees like Nancy and Claire are retained and employees like them are continued to be hired.

This Starbucks (as perhaps most) gets quite busy at times.
Jorge and Kelly make the best drinks. They are super attentive and always pick the tiny details on the order that make the biggest difference.

This is the best Starbucks in the area. Baristas are friendly, learn your name, and proactively ask if your drink is good. I've never run into one of their staff taking their bad day out on someone. The good attitude is infectious, even on busy Saturday mornings. Special shout out to the impossibly positive "knitted hat lady." Keep rockin those artisinal lids! I'm just tickled to know these people are out there in the world.

This is a nice little Starbucks. It is usually pretty busy but the staff keeps things moving really well. There is some outside seating overlooking the parking lot and a few tables inside, but it is small. I have only ordered to go, so I can't comment on the working conditions, comfort of the seats, wifi, etc. It seems too busy to do work meetings without a lot of distractions, or disturbing others.

The best Starbucks location in the area! Always efficient and consistently excellent customer service. The drinks are 100% perfect every single time! Bakery items are always fresh too. Don't hesitate to stop at this location the next time you get a Starbucks craving.
