We love Potbelly and visit them when we find them! This location was just ok. Employees were friendly. But sandwiches were a bit lacking with meat and cheese. Much skimpier than usual. Added ingredients were plentiful including lettuce, pickles and peppers. Sodas were fizzy with ample soda syrup. Bathrooms were clean. Tables were sticky and full of crumbs. It was hard to find a clean table to sit at and enjoy our meals.

I do not leave reviews. Usually, people leave reviews to bad mouth a place. But, I needed to share this one, because they have won my business again.
I hadn't been to this location in over a year because of my last visit with a cashier that kept rubbing his face and running his hands through his hair that claimed he had "social anxiety". Which made me wonder how he became a cashier in the first place. I was made to feel bad that I called him on it by other staff that I preferred he not touch my food. If a bartender walked up to me, and I ordered a margarita, then they walked away wiping their face and running their hands through their hair, I wouldn't want them touching my drink, straw, or lime.
Today's visit was completely opposite. The cashier was better. But, the line staff was fan-effing-tastic. I was in the restaurant industry for 23yrs, and these guys did it right. Kudos to your line staff for their efficiency and positive attitudes. It's rare to see that in fast casual concepts nowadays. Just look at Chipotle, Subway, or CAVA.

Potbelly’s is a treat for me as I’m working on my abs and the location is never close to my home. I went to this location on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and ordered a Turkey Big and Chicken & Cheese Big sandwich. It was delicious, as usual. The service was lacking a bit compared to other locations as they were confused on sandwiches and missed one of my orders completely. The workers were friendly so that made waiting bearable.
Moved out of state for a few yrs and they didn't have a Potbelly's. I missed and craved the Grilled Chicken and Chedder sandwich. Just moved back to the area and the first place I wanted to eat was here 🥰
I prolly have a bit of a soft spot for pot belly, but I'm a big fan of their food.
Quick service & great food. We had the chicken salad-salad with broccoli cheddar soup & power house salad with loaded baked potato soup.
I love Potbelly chili & it seemed like a good night for chili! My friend & I split a sandwich & we both got chili. I went back for a shake & also got a sandwich to go for my husband. Food was delicious & employees were friendly. They have great deals & freebies on their app, which sweetened the visit tonight. Great place for soup & sandwich!
We ordered 2 shakes along with our sandwiches and even tho the machine wasn't working for me to scan my phone using the app to get the points the lady (I didn't get her name) was very helpful and hooked it up with the shakes. There was a bit of a wait but we didn't mind, the employee there was awesome.
We really enjoyed this place. The employee responsible for making shakes seemed uncertain about how to do it. But she eventually got the knack. The half sandwich and soup was perfect.
Always always consistently great quality and taste. A chain that seems more like a local sandwich shop no matter where you are. Thank you!
